Hade a cracked screen on an s22 ultra, walked in at 5pm, and was very quickly given multiple fix options at great prices for my device. I was on a tight budget. Moe and his team were very understanding and gave me a phenomenal deal. Excellent service overall and highly recommend.

SCAMMER ALERT !!My sister’s Google Pixel 6 Pro needed a screen repair. The guy on the phone demanded a $100 deposit by e-transfer for a new screen and a remaining $200 to be paid upon successful screen repair. So we forwarded the $100.When we went into the store, it turned out that the original guy we spoke to was not present in the store. Another rough looking gentleman seemed to be making repairs and taking guidance from the original guy over the phone. He informed that a new screen is not available, however, we should be trading in my sister’s phone with a “new” Pixel 6 pro from the store. When he showed us the phone, it didn’t even come out of a box. We refused the deal and he suggested the only thing he can do if we refuse, is to remove the screen from his new phone and replaced the cracked screen on my sister’s phone. After some back and forth, we agreed.When the phone was returned to us, the LED of the new screen was busted with bands of colour to which he simply exclaimed -“These things can happen. Changing glass screens have inherent risk.” We said at least our back our previous cracked screen to make it functional. That didn’t work either and our older screen was in much worse shape than before. It looked like he destroyed both the screens when removing. Incompetence at the highest level.After much argument, we had to walk away with the busted LED screen and have the phone repaired at an authorized Google parts dealership - ubreakifix. Luckily we were able to redeem the $100 deposit but still a loss of time & energy and emotional discomfort.

The most honest repair store in Ottawa my screen was frozen and the touch was not responding. I took it to a few phone repair stores and they all told me that the screen needed to be replaced. Finally I took it to Cellphone Repair Center and they were able to fix the phone free of charge! All that was needed was a hard reset and software update. Very friendly and honest people 10/10 recommended.

The guys here are excellent at what they do. I came in here a couple of days ago because I totaled my phone and was looking for a new one and I got a sick new phone in the process as well as a nicely repaired phone. 10/10 would come here again

I Took my s22 ultra to have the screen repaired and it was approximately 300-350$ cheaper and a month sooner to get my phone back than my cellphone provider (bell) and Samsung. The owner Moe is excellent to deal with. 5 stars for sure!

Amazing customer service I had a phone with a broken screen and the back of my phone was broken as well after I brought my phone in they immediately fixed it. They were fast and friendly. If I ever need another phone repair in the future, I will definitely come back

I went first time to this cell phone repair shop on Bank street and I received “First Class” excellent prompt - same day customer service. Bilal not only repaired my sons phone, he cleaned it and made work/look like brand new again. He also fixed my iPhone 14 Pro Max camera lenses. Within minutes I was out the door and very happy! I highly recommend this business 100/100

Great work, quick turnaround & good prices.I was hesitant in going with a mobile repair service, as you never what you get. I found this store, conveniently located off bank st.They took my phone and it was done in no time. Even applied a screen protector for me after changing my screen!

My phone was stuck on a boot Boot up and the Fixed it quickly and man they're the best thank you so much and I appreciate you for fixing it thank you so so much And I also forgot to say that my phone is a work phone all my contacts everything was on there and they were able to actually save everything for me working on my phone so all my apps all my information everything they are the best place ever and their the service was amazing if you need a phone fixed go there thank you

I have Come to this location on multiple occasions and each and every time the service was phenomenal. Most of my visits here, I was able to leave with my phone without having to return at a later time. The repair men are always friendly and inviting. When it comes to the pricing, I have yet to see another repair shop in Ottawa that can beat their prices! Whenever I have issues with my phone I never think twice about where to go! Honest people with prices that cant be beat. This place is amazing!
